Summary of Booking Terms

You may cancel or change your booking to another available venue, date or time at any time prior to the date of the body scan by giving us notice in writing. If you cancel your booking more than seven working days after the date of our email confirming your booking AND after we have sent the registration pack your cancellation will be subject to a £5 administration fee.

In order to use the body scanner you will need to be able to stand independently without support. If you are not able to do so, please let us know at the time of booking or as soon as possible afterwards and we will make alternative arrangements.
