How it works

Our state of the art body scanner takes away all the stress and hassle from the measurement process by taking hundreds of accurate, pinpoint measurements in just a few seconds and in complete privacy.

Before your body scan, please make sure you are fully prepared by reading our section on "Preparing for your scan".  When you arrive at your  venue, the Tailored For You advisor will answer any questions you may have, and you’ll be shown into a private changing area, immediately adjoining the body scanner.

The scanning experience is like being in a well-lit changing cubicle for a few moments. The scanner maps your body shape by projecting a series of white light stripes. Sensor units record the way the stripes curve over the body and the results are used to create a virtual avatar. No lasers or X-Rays are used and it’s 100 per cent safe. You don’t even have to close your eyes. The whole process takes just a few seconds and you won’t feel a thing. Your scan will remain completely confidential.

When you come out, our advisor will show you your 3D image of your personal avatar on the screen, and print out a 2D front and side image of your body scan for you to keep with a record of the measurements taken on the day.  A few days later you will also be provided with a secure logon to this website where only you will be able to view your scan data.
